We had our expedition serviced to go on a road trip by Ulmer’s but we needed a break job but we didn’t have time before we left to get it done.So within three weeks, Ulmers contacted me and reminded me that that service had yet to be done.I had forgotten about it and I appreciate Ulmers reminding me.These guys are the best!

I bad Ulmer’s do a pre purchase inspection in a vehicle I was buying from Queen City Motors. I was a little concerned that I was going to receive a biased report based on the fact these two companies are neighbors but I couldn’t have been more pleased with the overall experience. I did everything remotely and Ulmers and Queen City coordinated everything except getting the appointment set up. Then I was sent a report, given some time to review it and received a call from Ulmers later that day and they went into detail about everything on the report. It was a great experience overall and made me feel like I had made the right choice in getting my service done there. They made it simple to pay and it was easy to schedule an appointment. I would definitely recommend Ulmers to anyone who is interested in using them for a pre purchase inspection on a vehicle.

I pulled in to Ulmers (formerly Ken Marcotte's) repair shop in Loveland near closing time one day in my 2004 Toyota Sienna with wiper blade issues. One wiper blade assembly along with a missing interconnecting piece was missing due to having fallen off during a rainstorm on the road. Ed got a man on the job right away and they had the parts to get me back on the road within 15 minutes.Thanks guys!

Great service! Ulmer's got me in quickly, sent me pictures of everything that was to be repaired with the cost within a couple hours and had my vehicle completed in 24hrs. Front brakes, rotors and some other items were completed at a great price with great service in a very timely manner!

Had a problem with my left rear wheel overheating and squeaking at times. Could be brakes or wheel bearing (more expensive problem).Ulmers looked at it and fixed the brake drum and pads. So far all is great. One day turn around, thanks!

I first went to Ulmer's for new truck tires. The guys were very friendly, helpful, and honest in evaluating my old tires. I had them replace all four. Because of their good service I went back for an oil change which they did in a timely manner. I recommend them for quality vehicle service.

I came in to get a screw removed from my tire. Was able to immediately get in for an oil change as well!Granted I wasn't happy I needed a new tire lol. But these guys will never steer you wrong! The best part about it was they have courtesy cars because one of the biggest barriers is figuring out your transportation when your car is getting repaired. Overall very professional, competitive pricing and completed the job quickly and efficiently.

The guys at Ulmers were great! I have had several things going wrong with my Jeep and the other shop I took it to would say they fixed the issue yet the next day my check engine light would be on. Went to Ulmers as a new customer and they promised me they would fix all issues…AND THEY DID JUST THAT! 10 out of 10! Was a little pricey but was fixed 100%!!! Would highly recommend this group!They even took off the $125 fee I was quoted for th test they run to find out what the issues were.

Bryan and his entire team at the new Ulmer’s in Loveland did a fantastic job on my wife’s Chrysler Pacifica. We needed a new oil filter/cooler housing, new spark plugs, and brakes & rotors as well. This was a big job and they were substantially lower cost than the dealership. Most important, they did great work and they treat you with kindness and care. I have referred several friends and family to them already and will continue to do so. Give them a chance at your business. You will not be disappointed!

took my own rims and tires to be mounted at ulmer's auto care, they did a great job! 👍 I wanted to run some stretched tires and was a little concerned that I'd have trouble finding a shop that would be able and willing to do what I asking seeing it is not commen affair for most, they did contact me to be sure this was what I wanted to do, which I confirmed was correct and it was done within the same day! so all and all thanks again ulmer's for the great work.
