Had a regulator cable break while at work. My window was completely encased inside my door. Walked into Ulmer's w out an appt and Brandon immediately helped me. They got my car in back so quickly and diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes. Brandon stated they could have it fixed by close of business. Excellent communication, efficient and very accommodating. Took my car to the Ulmer’s in Loveland. Have used the Ulmer’s in Milford previously but Loveland location is closer to my home. The staff are incredibly kind and friendly. They offered to provide transportation to return me home. The waiting room is updated and clean. They did what they said they would do and in a timely way. Will definitely use them again and will recommend them to others.

brought my Kia sportage to Ulmer’s in Loveland for a regular maintenance service instead of going to the dealership. The dealership is impossible to talk to a live person much less get an appointment weeks into the future. Ulmer’s always answers the phone and are happy to get you costs and details. I called late Friday afternoon and got an appointment for the following Monday. Service was thorough and got it done on Monday including getting a couple of other services done. Ulmer’s staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Will ditch the dealership from here on out!

I was having trouble with my ignition where it would delay a few seconds before it started up. A took it to a Honda dealer and ask them to check it out to see if something was wrong. After hours of checking, they said they didn’t find anything wrong, but the problem continued to get worse and worse.After a couple of weeks, one morning when I tried to start the car and it wouldn’t start for about 10 seconds, I took it to Ulmer‘s and asked them to check it out to see what was wrong. They did a number of diagnostics on the car and found the problem, fixed it, and gave me back the car in a couple of days. Now the car is starting like it’s brand new. I appreciate what Ulmer’s did what a Honda dealer couldn’t do. They’re gonna get the majority of my business in the future.Thank you Ulmer’s!

Highly recommend, after spending thousands of dollars at the dealership and still having the same issue, I opted to find a local shop to take a look at my vehicle.Shout out to Branden for a fantastic customer service and staying after hours to help me diagnose the issue and schedule me an appointment.They were able to track down and fix a tricky electrical issue. They are also very honest and ethical as an anticipated repair was not needed after further investigation and my bill ended up being lower than anticipated. Highly recommend for many reasons:I have brought my car here a couple of times to have it looked at and have repairs and maintenance done. The customer service is always amazing, and they have always been quick about taking a look at my car and getting the work done. They were able to get me into a rental car while they waited for the part and did the repair work. They have been transparent with costs and the time that it would take for it to be finished. The communication is top notch.The most recent time I brought my car in, they were able to diagnose the issue and unfortunately my transmission is going out on my 2016 Nissan Sentra. They were extremely patient while I figured out my next step with my car.We have received quite a bit of snow over the past couple of weeks and my car was covered. When I stopped by to pay my bill, Tyler so kindly cleaned my car off and shoveled around it!Since the transmission is going out, they have been so kind to let me keep the car on their lot for a couple more days while I wait for someone to come and tow it.I can't rave enough about the customer service, big shout outs to Brandon and Tyler for taking care of me and always being so helpful!

Great service. I’ve had various works done here on both my personal and work car. Had tire change, they got me in same day. Had oil change & brake flush as well. Front desk staff is wonderful and super friendly. Love that they have a shuttle, super helpful! I literally wouldn’t trust anyone else with my cars as much as I do them.

2017 mini Cooper, had a coolant leak, took it to a shop a quarter of a mile away ( wouldn't overheat) 1950 dollars. Called ulmers 1350. Worth getting it towed, plus they wasn't taking advantage of me and overcharging. Got it done in one day, they even set up the towing. Know where me and my family is taking our vehicle's from now on.

Had two O2 sensors replaced on passenger side. All work was done fine. Only complaint was the price was surprisingly high. Almost $500 for 2 sensors and the remaining was a mandatory overall diag fee of $150 and labor for the O2 install and taxes. Almost $1200 total. The service was well documented and warranted, on time and professionally done.

Rarely write reviews but Ulmers Loveland did a great job with recent heater repairs on my vehicle. I've used all the main auto repair shops in Loveland and all do a good job/are honest, but have been struggling to find a solid, no nonsense honest shop since Gregory's closed, and Ulmers is now it. Great follow up, when solutions we tried didn't work they credited items to a final solution, let us use a loaner, etc. This is probably the third time I've used them as a trial, and they are a rock solid repair shop. Highly recommended

Honest, customer focused, fairly priced, and transparent process.We're a single vehicle household. After the inspection they needed to keep our truck overnight so they sent the shuttle to pick up my wife and get her set up with a loaner so she could get to work the next day. I had been going to another shop and had spent far too much and they left my brakes in terrible condition so I stopped by ulmers to get them fixed and they did an incredible job and had the job finished by the next day and gave me a reasonable price and my truck has been driving and stopping great ever since and I am very thankful I found this repair shop. Also when I walked in it felt more like a dealership than a repair shop in the reception area which is sharp and very clean and I spoke with Brandon who was very helpful and informative.
