I was having some issues with my jeep overheating. Brandon Sinclair the service manager told me they would bring my jeep in and do a full inspection. Not only did they find the issue and repair it with genuine Jeep parts, the repairs were fast and efficient at a good price. They also did a full inspection of the vehicle for free which was a first for me. I will certainly be back. Thank you so much for the great service.

Went for an oil change coupon, they were able to do it on short notice and were easy to work with. I felt like they cared not only about my car, but also me as a customer- their courtesy inspection gave the solutions to the problem I've been having with my car without pushing me to buy it. When they found that my tire treads were dangerously low, they were able to replace then the same day. They'll be my default choice from now on.

I had a coil go bad on my old Honda Odyssey, and I needed quick repair to get going. Ulmers took me in the same day, did the right repair, and got me back on the road. Good team in Loveland considered the age and mileage on the car, and did just what was needed.

I have used Marcotte's for years. I used them as the fleet service location when I handled the Police fleet for the city. They are fair and they are locally owned and operated. Quality work, reasonable prices and honor their warranty, etc. Perfect? No but then neither am I and they always make things "right".

I bad Ulmer’s do a pre purchase inspection in a vehicle I was buying from Queen City Motors. I was a little concerned that I was going to receive a biased report based on the fact these two companies are neighbors but I couldn’t have been more pleased with the overall experience. I did everything remotely and Ulmers and Queen City coordinated everything except getting the appointment set up. Then I was sent a report, given some time to review it and received a call from Ulmers later that day and they went into detail about everything on the report. It was a great experience overall and made me feel like I had made the right choice in getting my service done there. They made it simple to pay and it was easy to schedule an appointment. I would definitely recommend Ulmers to anyone who is interested in using them for a pre purchase inspection on a vehicle.

I pulled in to Ulmers (formerly Ken Marcotte's) repair shop in Loveland near closing time one day in my 2004 Toyota Sienna with wiper blade issues. One wiper blade assembly along with a missing interconnecting piece was missing due to having fallen off during a rainstorm on the road. Ed got a man on the job right away and they had the parts to get me back on the road within 15 minutes.Thanks guys!

Great service! Ulmer's got me in quickly, sent me pictures of everything that was to be repaired with the cost within a couple hours and had my vehicle completed in 24hrs. Front brakes, rotors and some other items were completed at a great price with great service in a very timely manner!

Had a problem with my left rear wheel overheating and squeaking at times. Could be brakes or wheel bearing (more expensive problem).Ulmers looked at it and fixed the brake drum and pads. So far all is great. One day turn around, thanks!
