Had two O2 sensors replaced on passenger side. All work was done fine. Only complaint was the price was surprisingly high. Almost $500 for 2 sensors and the remaining was a mandatory overall diag fee of $150 and labor for the O2 install and taxes. Almost $1200 total. The service was well documented and warranted, on time and professionally done.

Had a dead battery on Sunday. Showed up first thing Monday morning at Ulmer’s in Loveland, Ohio and not only did they squeeze me into a full slate of repair appointments to diagnose the issue, they also fixed it including honoring a warranty on a 2 year old battery purchased from the previous Marcotte repair shop. Will definitely go back for any other repairs we need in the future and would highly recommend Ulmer’s.

We had our expedition serviced to go on a road trip by Ulmer’s but we needed a break job but we didn’t have time before we left to get it done.So within three weeks, Ulmers contacted me and reminded me that that service had yet to be done.I had forgotten about it and I appreciate Ulmers reminding me.These guys are the best!

Rarely write reviews but Ulmers Loveland did a great job with recent heater repairs on my vehicle. I've used all the main auto repair shops in Loveland and all do a good job/are honest, but have been struggling to find a solid, no nonsense honest shop since Gregory's closed, and Ulmers is now it. Great follow up, when solutions we tried didn't work they credited items to a final solution, let us use a loaner, etc. This is probably the third time I've used them as a trial, and they are a rock solid repair shop. Highly recommended

These guys are nice, explain everything well and don’t try to talk you into doing anything that’s not necessary. Timing of my vehicle being there was completely reasonable, as was the price. I will continue to bring my car here for maintenance in the future. The complimentary shuttle for local drop off/pick up is such an added bonus!

Honest, customer focused, fairly priced, and transparent process.We're a single vehicle household. After the inspection they needed to keep our truck overnight so they sent the shuttle to pick up my wife and get her set up with a loaner so she could get to work the next day. They treated my wife with respect and even she had nothing but praise for the Ulmers staff.Earned my trust quickly. Thank you for treating your customers with care and respect.

I had been going to another shop and had spent far too much and they left my brakes in terrible condition so I stopped by ulmers to get them fixed and they did an incredible job and had the job finished by the next day and gave me a reasonable price and my truck has been driving and stopping great ever since and I am very thankful I found this repair shop. Also when I walked in it felt more like a dealership than a repair shop in the reception area which is sharp and very clean and I spoke with Brandon who was very helpful and informative.

I have had my veichal serviced here now multiple times. The service has always been top notch, the prices reasonable and never any pressure to do any service. The inspect the vehicle, rate the importance for service and let me choose whether or not to go ahead with repairs. I like the that.

Ulmer’s does a thorough job letting me know that the reason my car wouldn’t start was simply that the battery was bad but not the alternator. They saved me money for unnecessary replacements that I didn’t need.This is just another example o car service to Ulmer’s.

Great experience. Really thought I had a major problem. They kept my truck for a few days and ran diagnostics on it. Turns out it was just a wrong size battery installed by the dealer a couple of years ago, they put a new battery in and the cost was minimal. It’s very refreshing to know how honest these guys are. They could have said anything was wrong with the electrical and charged me a fortune. I’m a customer for life.

I was so impressed with the after care review, including pictures of potential problems they texted me. When I checked out tho they didn't pressure me, just said take a look at the report and we're here when you're ready and or able to get them taken care of. Every employee was professional and courteous. I even did a write up on the Next Door app and had a bunch of people respond with their positive experiences with Ulmer's also! I won't go anywhere else for service again!

Great service - one small part had to be manufactured by the technician, which he did so. A few routine service was completed as well plus shocks replaced under warranty. The only negative was that they forgot to replace the fob battery, which was requested up front.

Well, starting off things seemed okay. It wasn't their fault that my warranty didn't cover the rental, or their fault that my manufacturing company didn't send the part out til the weekend. Unfortunately they couldn't loan me one of their rentals however because all of them were out, leaving me trying to find other rides/rentals which is super hard for my age. However, they were able to get me into one of their loaners after the weekend which is when my work picked up. A tiny other factor is when I was told I'd get back to the same day, I never was gotten back to. I always had to call to get updates and see how things were going. They did call me when the vehicle was done however. And when I did get my car back it was working great.So 4/5 ⭐ for everything despite lack of communication a little bit (although it was super easy to contact them) and not having enough loaners to give out.
