If you want service from your car repair shop, there is none better! Their system of customer service, car analysis, car repair, and documentation of repair(s) is unbeatable. They have perfected work flow of product, and bend over backwards to fix problems. All work is guaranteed, and the customer comes first!! I recommend Ulmers if you want the best.

I had the car in for routine oil change and a bumper to bumper checkup . TheyDid everything and all was fine acceptFor the rest breaks. They had to replaceBrakes and rotors. When I contacted Ulmer’s, they were very accommodating and upfront about the cost and what needed repaired for my rear brakes. They offered a replacement car while they were working on my car and/or the use of their shuttle. That was a nice perk that I wasn’t expecting. I really appreciate their professional, quality repair of my car!

Noted that of the two new parts paid for, including the oil breather tube and timing cover, the timing cover was not installed. I was charged $147.90 plus tax. I expect a refund.

We have had a really good experience here at Ulmers, once again. We have been bringing our 4 vehicles to them for over 5 years now. The entire staff is very professional, detail-oriented, and polite. They all go out of their way to make sure that we are satisfied. If you are looking for a trustworthy mechanic, give Ulmers a try. Even if they are across town for you, you won’t be disappointed. I’m mostly satisfied with how fast they get me in and out every time I call them. Everyone is always polite with a smile on their face, which puts me in a good mood. I’ve had work done with my transmission and my strut, both times they’ve left me extremely satisfied! I drive for a living. So, I have to keep my car on the road. They have good deals on pricing. They’ve won me over, they’re now my go to!

We found a trustworthy auto service location. Diagnosed issues, fixed issues, timely execution, with great options - shuttle service (or loaner available) - we used shuttle.Son goes to school there and this will be our go to auto service (we were given a major run around with the Acura Dealership - they will NEVER see us again!) Note: Prices of everything has gone up … Ulmer’s may feel a little pricey - however, they are not and 100% worth their value. I will inform all of my son’s friends and parents to go to Ulmer’s Uptown).- Lou N

I’ve only had great experiences with Ulmer’s.Oil changes with shuttle service both ways!I also recently had an unfortunate situation where our car broke down and they sent a tow truck to us and gave us a week+ estimate. We had our car fixed and back to us the next day!

This was not our first experience with Ulmer’s Auto Care at their Anderson Township location. Our friends had been dealing with them for years. Anyway, I was pleasantly greeted as soon as I entered the office and asked about my reason for my visit. I explained my situation: Our vehicle just serviced by Beechmont Toyota, which left me with doubts about that some service points had been listed as in good condition, a specific area of concern ended to be “watched and rechecked at next servicing”. That particular area sounded serious to me, so I stopped at Firestone Auto Care to have them check out what had been described as a problem. Per Firestone there was no “problem” detected in the rear suspension or wheel/brake/tire area, and at this time I saw the “rear end” area of my vehicle. I learned the “rear end” of my vehicle was not what is found on front wheel drive vehicles. There is no drive shaft from the engine to a bell housing axle as in rear wheel drive cars. At this point I opted to take our vehicle to Ulmer’s Auto Care for them to give our vehicle a complete check over. Everyone at Ulmer’s greeted me and listened to “my story and concerns”, and I was able to leave my vehicle immediately for them to perform my requested service. I received a call shortly afterward, was provided with a list of items needing to be repaired/replaced and a total cost. The concern “the rear axle assembly needing to be followed” as described by Beechmont Toyota was not only not needed, there is no such assembly existing on our vehicle. I was explained in detail the repairs needed; some of which were supposedly checked by and reflected as in good working order by Beechmont Toyota; and all could be performed and my vehicle available the same day. There was one condition that was related to after market lowering springs that was tested and retested over two days that was not a problem causing danger, just a nuisance noise situation, but diagnosing this did not result in any additional cost; which was greatly appreciated by us.A convenient and appreciated service also provided by Ulmer’s is courtesy service to pickup customers or drop off of customers by their courtesy van.I can only say that Ulmer’s provided personal services above and beyond what we have experienced with Beechmont Toyota with our current Scion and previous Scion vehicles, or Honda East with our previous vehicle.We will be using Ulmer’s for all our future servicing needs on our Scion XB vehicle.The five star review is the best under this scoring system, but were it possible I would add five more stars to the score. The people are all A++++++ and work the same.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I can’t say enough good things about Ulmers in Anderson! They recently put new tires on my 17-year-old son’s car and replaced the front axle—now he’s safer on the road, and I feel so much better knowing everything was done right. The repair wasn’t cheap, but it was absolutely worth it for the peace of mind and quality work. The customer service was fantastic—special shoutout to Jeremy for taking such good care of us and keeping me informed every step of the way. We’ll definitely be back!

Over the last year, I’ve had a few interactions with the staff at Ulmer’s In Anderson. I have had both of my cars brakes and rotors changed, two full inspections, and battery problems with a car. I don’t think anyone looks forward to having their car worked on. The biggest thing is trust and reliability of the service that you get. I’m pretty happy with how things went with Elmer‘s. They were pretty seamless. Well, not the cheapest garage. I do trust that the work was done properly and that I won’t have to come back for the same problem.
