Here's the long and short of it: I trust these guys. I've had a couple minor repairs and a couple major repairs at Ulmer's Anderson. The advice they offer makes sense; they provide detailed estimates; and then they do the work right the first time. I remain a satisfied customer. They earn my business every time.

I recently moved to the Anderson area and was looking for a reliable, reasonable, and friendly place to have my car’s air conditioner repaired. I found it at Ulmer’s Auto Care Center. I booked the appointment online. When I arrived a smiling friendly face, Jason, asked how he could help me. He offered a shuttle service to take me back home. So no worries if you have no one to drop you off. My car was done before the end of the day, and I was picked up and taken back there. It doesn’t get much better than this. You feel a real sense of ownership with these guys. You feel they actually care which is a rarity these days.

Ulmer’s Anderson provided a very detailed report on my 2017 Honda CRV. Upon providing me with the details and costs to correct the findings, I was given another projected date of completion. As per usual, my car was ready when promised and the problem is corrected!

To repair damage to my BMW resulting from a road hazard accident, Ulmer’s had to order a front strut from Germany. When the repair was completed, I was away on a trip; so they drove the car to my home and put it in my garage. A few days after I returned, I began seeing a chassis warning on the control screen. I took it back and Ulmer’s discovered a broken wire inside the wiring harness. They ordered that from a local dealership which sent them the wrong part. Ulmer’s persevered, got the correct part, and did the repair. My BMW is running like new thanks to Ulmer’s perseverance and follow-through.

First time customer here. They are professionals. I am yet to evaluate the quality of work, however, I expect that they stand by their word-- and if something goes wrong, I feel that they are going to fulfill it. The only reason that there are 4.5 instead of 5 stars is the price, about 15-20 % more than expected based on web evaluations.
