They did a great job getting my Audi A6 diesel back on the road. They even found a couple of other things it needed and let me drive a loner for the 3 weeks we waited for the part to arrive from Germany! Excellent work and customer service!

After 10 years of taking my 2011 Acura to the dealer, I tried Ulmer's- mainly to have a fresh set of eye on the car and because they are closer to our home.After a vehicle inspection came back with a $4400 price tag, they worked with me to tell me the bare minimum repairs I should do to keep it road worthy for now and in my budget.They had originally tried to get the car fixed by Friday, but were apologetic when it was Monday before it was done.We had the car back less than 12 hours when the emissions/ check engine light came on and we were told to bring it right back. I was pretty disappointed, but what can you do?The next day James called to say they found that the problem was a defective part, they rushed o new one over from across town, had replaced it and it was covered. All I heard was, "Fixed and free", which ment a lot after the initial $1800 worth of repairs.I anticipate going back to them for the remainder of the work to be done once we can afford to do it.And as a lovely bonus, I got a handwritten Christmas card from the owners in the mail yesterday, which was on top of a follow up phone call from them asking how my service was. Would recommend.

Ulmer’s Anderson location provides excellent service. I stopped in late on a Friday to see about replacing a headlight. One of their office staff popped my hood, removed the burnt out bulb, and installed a replacement he had in stock. I will remain a loyal customer thanks to this top quality service

We have used Ulmer's Auto for many years (35+) -- back to when they only had one shop on Salem Rd. They are honest, efficient, effective, knowledgeable and friendly. Brian does take after his father which is very positive and therefore is a very good owner. His staff is first class and they have super memories, of course, their computer systems helps them.

I had a major mechanical failure where multiple shops quoted the repair at 11k. I chose ulcers due to proximity and confined they had experience with foreign cars.I received multiple updates by Steve which I appreciated.The day of pick up I was extremely surprised to learn the repair came in just under 6k as they did not have to drop the sub frame as originally expected. There is no way I would have known the subframe wasn’t dropped and they could have easily stayed with the 11k billHonesty goes a long way, I will be a life long customer moving forward and could not have had a better experience.

Ulmer’s was able to get me scheduled quickly when an error code popped up on my Honda. I used the convenient evening drop off & received a call the next day detailing the problem & the cost to fix it. I also authorized some routine maintenance while they had the car there in the shop. Repairs were completed quickly & the price was reasonable. I took advantage of the AAA discount they offer as well. Everyone I spoke to at Ulmer’s was very friendly & efficient. I highly recommend them.

Ulmers was great to work with! They contacted my warranty company and worked with them to get my repairs taken care of! It took a while to get through the claims process, but once approved they were able to get me in a loaner car while my repairs were taken care of.
