They have lifts that can accommodate large trucks. I won't trust my stuff with anyone else. Ulmer's all the way. Go here or waste your time and pay more. Professional customer service. Loaners. Shuttles. Fair pricing.

Made an appointment to have my wheel bearings looked at, after hearing a noise while driving. I went to drop off my vehicle, for the next days appointment, and a couple hours later, I had an evaluation already completed. Ulmer's truly cares about their customers. I bring all my vehicles here. Oil change, light or major repairs, Ulmer's is where I'd go. You should too. Thank you Ulmer's !!

The team at Ulmers Southgate has always performed excellent service work on my Ran truck and Honda minivan. Their comprehensive inspection report that comes via text and allows you to select the services you wish is so smooth and extremely low pressure. Their parts and labor warranty provides great peace of mind. They recently went above and beyond on a manufacturer service warranty for my truck that saved me $1000, on a recent repair

I decided to go to Ulmer's because I listen to the CarTech program on WDJO-FM every Saturday morning, and I was very impressed with the knowledge of the hosts of that program. They know every possible thing you can possibly know about cars and trucks and automotive history and such, so I thought I'd give Ulmer's my business, because my 2013 Hyundai needed some help. I was not disappointed! They did an excellent job, and my car now is running great again! Ulmer's has earned my future business!

EXCELLENT SERVICE & REPAIR WORK!I will continue taking my F150 to Ulmer's Auto Repair in Southgate for maintenance and repairs. The staff is knowledgeable, polite, trustworthy and perform their work just as explained.Armando and Jeff were very polite and allowed me to bombard them with my questions (and oh boy...I always have questions. How else do I learn?). They were unphased, welcomed my inquiries and treated me professionally. Their customer service is top notch.My truck's repairs were completed in one day and only the work estimated was necessary. There were no calls to inform me of added surprises for "necessary" work and parts not predicted. I'm impressed they truly stuck to their estimate.While picking up my truck, I was told their mechanic is a fellow veteran, Navy. Being a Marine myself, I was impressed that he was kind enough to replace a missing cap on my license plate light. Thank you! I've been searching.Oh, I didn't mention the shuttle or loaner cars. This service is COMPLIMENTARY. They will ensure you have alternate, safe transportation while you're vehicle receives a little TLC.New to Kentucky, first time I've needed repairs on my baby. So happy I found Ulmer's! Sorry guys n gals...you're stuck with me.

Gabe has been working on my cars since they were Star motors, so when my 2009 Jeep Wrangler finally gave up, I already knew I was in good hands. What truly amazed me was how the entire team showed up for me. Shea came to get me when I was stranded in the middle of the road and helped me through the process of purchasing a new car. Joseph then kindly drove me to the dealership, checked out the vehicle, and made sure I was safely back on the road—all within one day.That level of care is rare. I genuinely felt the love, warmth, and dedication from everyone involved. They worked together seamlessly and made me feel like their top priority. If that’s not amazing customer service, I don’t know what is.I love the above & beyond services ❣️Thank you guys so much😊

This shop came to my rescue. My car was running rough and throwing codes of misfires in my cylinders. The gentlemen here got my car in and diagnosed quickly. Literally a few hours after it was dropped off. They did a rebuild of the top of my engine and found me a decently priced engine block. The diligence Brian put into finding my parts is more than commendable. He worked with me on everything and made sure to answer all the questions I had through it all. I have to give Fred my mechanic extra props for being so determined to fix my car even though she was being extra dramatic getting fixed. I have never seen a more honest and great serviced shop. Their work is beyond exceptional. I will recommend them to everyone i know and those who i dont if asked if I know a good mechanic. You guys have earned a customer for life. Keep up the excellent work. 💗

Ulmer's has always taken great lengths to ensure I have a good experience, they have a wonderful diagnosis routine, and their prices are fair (3.5 to 4 stars) in this industry that always seems to keep getting more expensive everywhere else. Ive had my radiator fixed, front control arm fixed, oil change, and alignment, CV axle repair done all on my 2007 Honda CRV.

Had to get a new starter and crank. Very stressful to not have your car start! They were kind, professional and fair. A Family member recommended them and glad I contacted them. I received exceptional service at Ulmer's Auto Care in Southgate. My car repair was addressed quickly and the overall experience was exceptionally positive. Customer service provided by Armondo and Bryan was wonderful. Armando gave me a lift home and when the repairs were finished a ride back to Ulmer's on a very cold day. The dedication and expertise is greatly appreciated . I love my new tires.

We had both of our cars serviced here in the past month and the experience was wonderful. Our Jeep had the death wobble and our Tiguan needed an oil change. Customer service was excellent, we are twowomen in our 50’s and were treated with respect and made to feel 100% comfortable with these mechanics. This will now be the only place we take our cars moving forward. Uhlmers is fantastic!

Customer service is always good. Very professional and efficient. They even offered to drive me home. The only downside is their service recommendations are overpriced for example a replacement cabin air filter was priced at $65 while i can buy it at the local auto parts store for $20. Of course i installed it myself.

I took my Subaru to Ulmer’s after two other shops at messed up brake replacement. Ulmers did a great job diagnosing the issues, communicating them with me and fixing them. My car sounds better than it has in months. The only complaint I could make is that they did not have the car ready the day it was supposed to be, but they provided me with a loaner free of charge. 5 stars, finally found a shop I can have some confidence in.

I had the bumper to bumper inspection and it gave me peace of mind on my recent trip out of town. Easy check in, and the door to door van service was very nice. The price was reasonable for the work done. The personnel were friendly, courteous and not pushy regarding possible service items that would need to be attended to in the near future.

I am referring to the Southgate location . Had a muffler issue and had 2 friends / neighbors recommend Ulmers . Took it down and was greated by Phil and Armondo ( sorry if spelled wrongly, not sure ) when I walked into the office . Spoke to Phil previously on the phone and they were both great to deal with from the start. They had the SUV for a day , called next day with repair costs . What I truly appreciated they asked how long we planned to keep the SUV . Phil gave us 2 options on the repair , 1 in the $ 2500 range and the other in the $ 1000 range . We gave them the OK , told it would be ready on Monday . Git a call on Friday saying its ready and they could also preform a oil change before I arrived . Just saying it was a pleasure dealing with Phil , Armando and Ulmers . See you again
