Ulmer's has always taken great lengths to ensure I have a good experience, they have a wonderful diagnosis routine, and their prices are fair (3.5 to 4 stars) in this industry that always seems to keep getting more expensive everywhere else. Ive had my radiator fixed, front control arm fixed, oil change, and alignment, CV axle repair done all on my 2007 Honda CRV.

Had to get a new starter and crank. Very stressful to not have your car start! They were kind, professional and fair. A Family member recommended them and glad I contacted them. They would send me updates and pictures of what needed to be fixed. Didn’t feel pressured, and had options on how to go forward. Thank you for your kindness and hard work!

I received exceptional service at Ulmer's Auto Care in Southgate. My car repair was addressed quickly and the overall experience was exceptionally positive. Customer service provided by Armondo and Bryan was wonderful. Armando gave me a lift home and when the repairs were finished a ride back to Ulmer's on a very cold day. The dedication and expertise is greatly appreciated . I love my new tires.

We had both of our cars serviced here in the past month and the experience was wonderful. Our Jeep had the death wobble and our Tiguan needed an oil change. Customer service was excellent, we are twowomen in our 50’s and were treated with respect and made to feel 100% comfortable with these mechanics. This will now be the only place we take our cars moving forward. Uhlmers is fantastic!

After taking my vehicle to several mechanics who told me there wasn't much they could do, the team at Ulmers diagnosed the problems and had my vehicle running at peak shape within 2 days. Customer service is always good. Very professional and efficient. They even offered to drive me home. The only downside is their service recommendations are overpriced for example a replacement cabin air filter was priced at $65 while i can buy it at the local auto parts store for $20. Of course i installed it myself.

I took my Subaru to Ulmer’s after two other shops at messed up brake replacement. Ulmers did a great job diagnosing the issues, communicating them with me and fixing them. My car sounds better than it has in months. The only complaint I could make is that they did not have the car ready the day it was supposed to be, but they provided me with a loaner free of charge. 5 stars, finally found a shop I can have some confidence in.

I had a great experience with Ulmer’s. I was able to make an appointment easily they were able to see me quickly and offered me a ride home with a very nice young girl after leaving my car. The suggestions they made were exactly what my car needed and the cost of the service was very reasonable. I will continue to use Ulmer’s to take care of my car.

I had the bumper to bumper inspection and it gave me peace of mind on my recent trip out of town. Easy check in, and the door to door van service was very nice. The price was reasonable for the work done. The personnel were friendly, courteous and not pushy regarding possible service items that would need to be attended to in the near future.

I am referring to the Southgate location . Had a muffler issue and had 2 friends / neighbors recommend Ulmers . Took it down and was greated by Phil and Armondo ( sorry if spelled wrongly, not sure ) when I walked into the office . Spoke to Phil previously on the phone and they were both great to deal with from the start. They had the SUV for a day , called next day with repair costs . What I truly appreciated they asked how long we planned to keep the SUV . Phil gave us 2 options on the repair , 1 in the $ 2500 range and the other in the $ 1000 range . We gave them the OK , told it would be ready on Monday . Git a call on Friday saying its ready and they could also preform a oil change before I arrived . Just saying it was a pleasure dealing with Phil , Armando and Ulmers . See you again

I've been coming to Ulmer's ever since I moved to Cincinnati. They resolved an issue I've been having with my vehicle for years, within a few hours! They are reasonably priced and highly professional. I love that they document everything and send online links to approve of the work. The also provide loaner cars and shuttle service when available, which helps tremendously when working full-time. Even with both of my cars being foreign, they always get the job done and let me know if they are not equipped to handle my problem (which is very rare). I can't recommend them enough. Best mechanic shop ever!

Ulmers Auto Care was OUTSTANDING! I can’t say enough about their professionalism and quality of service. I went to three other foreign car shops that proposed super expensive repairs (many of which weren’t needed) and Ulmers was far, far below what everyone else was trying to charge. Thank you!

Once again I had an amazing experience at Ulmer's. They were fully booked but since my car was undriveable they offered to keep it on their lot in case there was an unexpected opening. There was, fortunately for me, and they corrected the elusive issue without much trouble. Then they were also able to fit in a couple other maintenance items that needed attention. Having a shop that is trustworthy is one thing that makes life a bit easier.

I booked an appointment to bring my truck in and they got me right in the appointed day and time. They diagnosed the issue and sent a copy of the inspection report to my email by the end of the first day. I asked about getting one of their loaner cars but I never received one.When they called early on the next business day, I approved the cost estimate. They were done the next business day.I appreciated the way I was kept updated via phone as well as text. Phil kept me in the loop and he was great about returning my phone calls. And I appreciate the inspection report being comprehensive and making me aware of possible issues to come.

Our first time using their service, our Honda wasn’t the same after our last oil change and cabin filter change in November with the dealership’s service. Our gas mileage per gallon dropped noticeably compared to the average we were getting since we picked it up new 3 yrs ago. It developed some rough shaking during idling , too. So, we started looking around for a new place to service our vehicle. After reading many positive reviews, we decided stay closer to home and give the local Ulmer’s Auto Care in Southgate a try. Needless to say, we’ve found our new mechanic’s. Everyone from the very trained office support auto specialist Alex who started the triage to suggest the steps to proceed ( including 2 test drives) the shuttle and auto support staff Phil and the actual mechanic who did our work. Sorry, didn’t get the name, however….. he did a fantastic job! All of them working as a team has brought our wonderful vehicle back to its superb running mode, if not better than it was running before November! Thanks so much! And you’ve gained a new member of the Ulmer’s customer team! Cant recommend them enough!

They definitely live up to the positive reviews (a shoutout to everyone who wrote a review - helped me decide to go here, so I am paying it forward with a review regarding my experience)!I have been to a few places in in the area, and this is the best of them. From now on, I will only go here.From my beginning call to schedule an appointment to picking up my completed car, Eddie was incredibly professional and helpful. The work was done timely, and, importantly, I am happy with the work that was done.On a personal note, as a female with no knowledge of cars, it has been difficult to find a mechanic. For a long time my brother-in-law, who I trusted, fixed my car. He is no longer able to do so, so I have been looking for another mechanic. My journey has been filled with some who do the job fine but others who lack patience or exploit my lack of knowledge (for example, upcharge me for services or tell me that I need something when I don’t).I NEVER experienced that here. They:-thoroughly made sure that they understood the issue on the initial call;-transparently communicated throughout the process;-provided an inspection report prior to them calling me to discuss so that I was able to review and then call them when I was ready;-patiently answered any question that I had;-fully described what needed to be done and why in human terms; and- completed it timely and satisfactorily.Finally, the cost reflected the work.If the unfortunate circumstance arises that you need to have work done on your vehicle, I highly recommend taking your vehicle here.

I had an occasion to use Ulmer Auto Care several years ago and was very pleased with the service. I went back last week explained the problem I was having and I got an explanation of what it could be. Set up an appointment for diagnosis and got pricing for repair. Very efficient very competent makes me very comfortable leaving my car in their care. I would highly recommend Ulmer to anyone
