I found the Milford Ulmers a couple years ago and they have become my go to shop.They provide clear issue analysis and break down solution tiers when possible.I never feel pressured to complete a service and they provide honest assessments. They have earned my trust and that is what matters most to me. They have worked on my vehicles (new and old) and I find their work to be above and beyond. They are always awesome! This time- I had a water leak somewhere and they happened to have the “Water Doctor “ coming there anyways- he looked and fixed in 2 minutes and I wasn’t even charged! At the same time- they found a weak battery and it was under warranty- so they fixed- FREE. And they were having a special on brakes pads which I needed- so got that free. WOW- I expected to pay at least 50-75% MORE than what I did! Always professional and specific with what’s wrong- been going for years! Missy M

I recently moved to Milford. I was looking for a new auto repair shop. I needed new tires and an oil change. Service staff was wonderful with the quotation along with a rebate on tires. Scheduling was easy online as well as over-the-counter. Quality of the work was high and it was done on time with good communication via text throughout the process. I’ll definitely be back.

Took car in for oil change, originally Ulmer's said they would work on it the. next day. However, when I was leaving the mechanic was taking my car into the bay. I decided I would wait and within 45 minutes my car was done and I was driving home.Excellent work!

Had an older car that had its hood stuck, maki my it difficult to replace the oil, oil filter, and refill the power steering fluid. Every other shop around was backed up, and even though Ulmer’s lot was near full they managed to get my car feeling better than it has within a day’s work time.I appreciate the bears for the kiddos, the in-depth vehicle report I got with my service, and the friendliness of the staff!
