I had a great experience at Ulmer’s Automotive Repair Shop. I went in for an oil change, new brakes, and a tire sensor replacement, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. Doug was honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was being done without any pressure or upselling. My car runs perfectly now, and the pricing was fair for the quality of work. It’s refreshing to find a repair shop you can truly trust. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Ulmer’s to friends and family!

Great an experience with Ulmers! Had a low tire so I limped over to the Ulmers in Milford to get it filled up. By the time I got there it was fully flat. The service writer found a free lift and had their mechanic fix my flat and air up my other tires. Took a total of 30 min on a cold nasty day. Thank you very much!

I brought in an older Chrysler mini van that had a broken electric window. I bought this van a few months ago and didn’t have the previous maintenance records. I appreciated the overall inspection and details of what needed to be addressed now and later. No pressure, I was able to get the window fixed, transmission and radiator serviced as well as some leaky radiator hoses replaced. Pricing is reasonable. You get what you pay for and they stand behind their work with a warranty. Nice shuttle service too! I’ll be back!

I took my 2021 Ford Explorer to their Loveland location because I had a low oil pressure warning.As it turned out the oil pressure was fine. I just had a sensor going bad.They diagnosed and fixed the problem the same day.This is a great company and I highly recommend them.Steve

I had a strange sound coming from the heater/air conditioner and Ulmer’s quickly figured out that the air conditioner compressor had gone out and needed to be replaced. They got the parts and finished the work the next day. Their work and service is excellent. It is so convenient to be able to drop the vehicle off and have them take you back home.

I had 100,000 mile service done on my 2018 Ram 1500. Service team and work were both awesome and refreshing to see from an auto repair shop. They performed transmission service, front and rear diff, spark plugs, coolant flush. My brakes are close but not pressured to replace. It was nice dealing with them and did not feel like I needed to shower after my experience. Price was fair and I was able to get a loaner while the service was being performed. I was so happy, we just brought my wife’s 2018 Yukon up for a thermostat problem and it’s being repaired currently. I’m happy I brought our autos to Ulmers and they even gave me a military discount. Thanks for the work and fair price.

Confident Feeling to Know That My Care Care Specialists are Close BY.Each year I am pleased to know that the maintenance of my car will be professionally taken care of by Ulmer's Auto Care Center in Milford. I brought my son’s car in to have a tire looked at for leaks. They did a comprehensive inspection, with detailed explanations, videos and cost. Amazing! I was able to get other items taken care of that needed to be done and there was not any pressure regarding repairs. I selected what to have completed and it was done quickly! Thank you so much! Also, Doug was very kind and helpful. Will be back and recommended a friend to take her car there as well.

A discount for an oil change took us for a first time visit to Ulmers. With the discount we got the best possible price. The gentle who took care of my service and question was very helpful. When I asked him for A recommendation for nearby body shops, because they don’t do bodywork, he quickly referred me to the two that he has used personally and been well satisfied. Friendly and helpfull staff. Took car in for rattle, they found rock in hubcap. Took rock out..no charge. Also brought in car, for under carriage noise, was told rattling part still good and I could wait, until noise got louder before fixing, if so needed. Honest and dependable service.
