Ulmer’s Auto Care is proud to partner with the Society of St. Vincent de Paul to provide safe and reliable transportation to two local families, individuals or non-profit organizations within our local community through our new program “The Car That Gives Back.”
With this new program we will donate a reconditioned automobile, complete with a year of free auto maintenance services, to the two candidates whose quality of life will improve the most by the addition of the vehicle, or who would be able to best help others with the addition of the automobile.
In addition, Ulmer’s Auto Care is donating $1.00 from each oil change throughout the year to “The Car That Gives Back” program to help funding.
We are currently accepting applications and nominations to determine who will receive an automobile from the program. We will be choosing one family, individual or non-profit organization from Anderson Township, and one family, individual or non-profit organization from Milford.
The applicants chosen will be asked to show/provide financial need, a valid Ohio driver’s license and the ability to obtain car insurance, and the selection process may include an in-person interview and proof of additional criteria that is defined in the application. Applications nominating yourself or another member of the community are due by 6:00 p.m. on Friday, May 17, 2013. Neither applications nor nominations will be accepted via phone. Applications and further instructions can be acquired at ulmersautocare.com or by stopping by either Ulmer’s Auto Care Location:
