I would like to shout out to Ulmers Auto Care in Blue Ash manager Dan Twilling and Assistant Manager Erin Nutley for the absolutely fantastic service. My engine in the 2014 Chrysler Town & County was bad. Only 150K miles. They located a used engine with 75K miles and replaced it and all in two weeks time. They gave me a loner car to use and had me up and running on schedule. Now it runs like a charm. THANK YOU Ulmers Auto Care. My praises will never stop about your service center and professioinalism. This was my first Experience with Ulmer’s. For my first phone call to the last, it was an A+ experience. He gave me a thorough diagnosis, discussed options and didn’t disagree or argue when I chose some, but not all options.In the process of the repair, they discovered an issue with the replacement part. Rather than let me drive off with a defective part, they stayed in contact with me and worked until the problem was resolved.I will definitely return and have already referred my son to them. I recently moved to the area and had problems with my brakes. I googled lots of car shops around and Ulmer’s had the best reviews out of all of them, and now I know why. They were so friendly and were able to squeeze me in without a prior appointment; I dropped off my car with them and they took me to work with their shuttle service, and picked me up when I was done (they spoiled me rotten lol).Dan and Erin were so kind, and were very intentional about getting my car the help it needed. So pleased with my experience, do not hesitate to visit them!!

Setting up an appointment was very convenient using the on-line website. A follow up call to confirm the appointment and services requested was very helpful. I got new tires, brakes, air filter change, cooling system check, and oil change. I am very pleased with the work performed.

I took my 2011 Saab to them for a third opinion on my car. It was struggling when trying to get up to speed on the highway. It was stuttering and missing and then it would go. They were great, I dropped my car off and they gave me a ride home. The gentleman that drove me home was amazing. We talked, laughed and swapping stories. They figured out my problem and let me know costs and all details. After they fixed my car they picked me up at my house. A different driver but also a great guy. I highly recommend Ulmer’s of blue ash.

I went to Ulmer's to get a second opinion on my Subaru to fix a wheel sensor and axel that my family mechanic couldn't get right. They quickly diagnosed the problems and provided a quote, including certified parts, that was significantly under the quote I had gotten from the dealership. I'm happy to have my car running properly again, and the peace of mind that it was done right. Their shuttle service is invaluable for car drop off and pick up. Dan and Erin were so knowledgeable and friendly--I plan on becoming a repeat customer.

Ulmer’s was recommended to me by my son so this was the first time I used this mechanic. I thought something was weird about the place when I went in to drop my key off. Everyone was extremely friendly, kinda like the people are at Chick-fil-A. I made the appointment with Dan but he was sick that day so Shea took care of me. The service and the customer service at this location is fantastic! I now recommend Ulmer’s on Glendale Milford Road to everyone for their automotive needs.

Phenomenal experience. Ulmer's goes above and beyond for customers! We've had extraordinary service from their mechanics, service representatives and courtesy shuttle service. After an unfortunate incident with our VW Touareg, leaving us stranded in a remote part of Kentucky, Ulmer's called a tow service, who graciously brought us and our car 55 miles to their Glendale Milford location... and we were home in time for dinner! I can’t say enough good things about Ulmer’s Car Repair in Blue Ash, OH. Before a recent out-of-town trip, we took our VW in for an oil change and brake job. The team went above and beyond, thoroughly checking the car to ensure it was road-ready. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and even provided a ride home and pickup when the service was done. Pricing was fair—neither cheap nor over-the-top.On our return trip, disaster struck halfway between Cincinnati and Louisville when our car started making a terrible noise. After a local tow company let us down, I called Erin and Shea at Ulmer’s. They immediately stepped in, leveraging their connections to arrange a tow with Gray’s, whose driver was fantastic—especially accommodating since we had two dogs in tow. We made it back to Cincinnati safely.At the shop, they discovered a disintegrated driveshaft to the front wheel—something unpredictable and undetectable earlier. They repaired it efficiently, once again providing drop-off and pickup service (thanks, Tom!).What could’ve been a nightmare turned into a testament to Ulmer’s reliability and care. Erin and Shea’s expertise, fair pricing, and exceptional service make them a shop I’d highly recommend to anyone. True lifesavers!

AMAZING service. I have an annoying work schedule that is difficult for me to work around. Yesterday, I called to see if it was possible for me to drop in at 7am the next day to get my back right taillight replaced. They did an awesome job for a fair and reasonable price.
