Excellent customer services.They were able to replace my AC compressor within eight business hours.It's less expensive to repair your vehicle than it is to purchase new.Also had service completed on the fuel injection and upper engine.This made my car run like new again. I recommend having your car serviced with Donavan's.Their services will keep you from having to purchase a new car.Even a new car will require service at some point.

My experience at Donovan's in Blue Ash was amazing! I was worried about finding a new trustworthy mechanic when I moved to the area last fall. Donovan's goes out of their way to provide client education about what is wrong with your vehicle and why it needs fixed. They even included an informational video when they sent me the inspection report of my car - this was really cool and helped to educate me on what was going on! I've never had another mechanic provide something like that and I really love that they take the time to provide client education. They even offered a shuttle service to help me get back home when I dropped my car off. I am so happy that I have found a good mechanic in the area with good pricing and prompt service- they had my car done within just a day! They even provided a coupon in the mail and helped with extra savings when they let me know what my total costs would be. I will be recommending them to my friends and family!! 😊

Went in for suspension noises to get a second opinion. They shuttled me to and from work, diagnosed the issue and its roots, proposed a fair quote, provided me with a loaner vehicle and got my car back in great shape by the end of the following day. I have never in my life as a car owner experienced the service I did here. When Donovan's did some work on my car recently, an accident occured that damaged a part on the vehicle. After I brought it back, they not only diagnosed the problem but completely owned responsibility for it. They ordered a new part and replaced it free of charge. Accidents happen and because they have integrity, I am committed to coming back.

We took my car in for an inspection since it’s getting older and we wanted to get ahead of any repairs. Immediately, the guy who checked me in suggested an oil change since I was due and would save me money. Then when the actual inspection report came out it was easy to understand and they didn’t pressure me to repair any of the “coming soon” issues. Super polite and friendly and didn’t try any high pressure sales tactics. When it’s time to get the repairs done, I’ll definitely be taking my car back here.

After a slight mix up in location scheduling on my part, the Blue Ash team gladly took my vehicle for CVT fluid change. Some how the wrong fluid was used but that was quickly corrected. An inspection was done that revealed more attention is needed in the future. I will be returning for after saving up.

I can not rave more pleasantly about my experience at Donovan's! They were fantastic! I didn't realize my AC wasn't working until recently. I had my cousin (a car guy) look at it. He said you have 0 Freon in your system you probably have a crack..It's a real pain to find & fix. You need to take this to a real mechanic. I don't know any mechanics. I remember hearing Donovan radio ads at work. They are a local family owned business & they had a location near me.I gave them a call & explained my situation. They sounded very knowledgeable since the guy I was talking to said everything my cousin said. They got me in the next day. By late afternoon they had diagnosed the problem & fixed it. They even checked other parts of my car just to make sure I wasn't about to have another surprise. They did that for free!The cost of the service was a fraction of what I expected. They could have told me anything & I probably would have believed them. I'm so impressed with their honesty & service, I almost can't wait for another car issue because, I know exactly where I'm going for help. The. Great Team at Donovan's!!!!

Took my 2013 Chevy Silverado in for a coolant flush, transmission fluid change got vehicle back had an exhaust leak on driver side took it back they looked at it they agreed that there was an exhaust leak due to having to drop the exhaust to get the transmission pan out Had to take it back up Monday said they would fix it they called me Monday night said it wasn't done yet They called me Tuesday said it was repaired back to normal and it looks like they had to put a new exhaust manifold on it and did not charge me at all for a new exhaust manifold these guys did a really good job even though it took a little longer but I will definitely will go back when I need any repairs done to any vehicle that I have
