Most importantly: I was answered immediately by a very qualified employee and my vehicle was seen within 2 days. Communication along the way was elite. Work was done well and my jeep was fixed with quality and warranty. But the labor simply hurts. I honestly think I could have done this myself on a Saturday and saved $750.00. But I can’t complain. I just have to keep track of what matters.

I had some brake issues, that had been done somewhere else, and Almer’s Auto Care got everything fixed. Since then, it’s the only place I take my truck.The customer service is amazing. It feels good to call and have them greet you by name and remember who you are and what you drive. Everyone there is so friendly, and they make you feel welcome. I highly recommend Almer’s Auto Care!

I was several hours away from home when my Jeep battery died, despite having had it replaced earlier this year. It feels like fate that I was able to get my car to the closest auto shop, which just happened to be Ulmer's Store #4120. It was near closing time, 5:30pm, and I was frantic as I was on my way home and still had several hours of driving. When I walked in, Erin, Dan, and your amazing mechanic Rob, took impeccable care of me. They were able to diagnose the problem, order what was needed - which arrived first thing the following morning, and then even helped me find a hotel and gave suggestions for dinner. The next morning I was back on the road. They went so far above and beyond to not only make sure my car was taken care of, but that I was taken care of too. I am so grateful for them. Thank you for such amazing service, Erin and Dan!

Ulmer’s is the best automotive repair facility I have ever used. I go to the Blue Ash location and Erin, Dan, and Tom always go above and beyond - from shuttle rides to key fob battery replacement - all with a smile. The service is detailed and impeccable. I receive an estimate and it is my decision what to do. No strong armed sales techniques, just knowledgeable input. Prices are reasonable, too. Hands down the best in town!

I live in Indianapolis. I was visiting the Blue Ash area to see the Cincinnati tennis tournament. Afterward, my brakes failed — epically — as did my wheel bearings because of the brakes. It was Friday afternoon, and this was going to be a significant job. Each aspect of the work was explained to me in great detail, yet using layman's terms. So thorough and thoughtful. Putting himself in my place, I could see the CS's wheels turning. So I wouldn't have to find a hotel and stay the night or the weekend, he set me up with a loaner to get me back home to Indy. My wife and I returned to Blue Ash early the next week, picked up our vehicle, and made an evening of it. I cannot recommend those folks highly enough. Every person, without fail, from the mechanic to customer service reps and managers, was remarkably knowledgeable, thoughtful, friendly, and flat-out customer-focused. Incredible hires/staff. I actually consider them friends at this point.

Ulmers Auto is the way to go! They are very good at fixing your car and fixing it right the first time. They are very professional and are in contact with you as they process through every step of repairing of your vehicle. Ulmer's was able to sneak me in for a tire repair the morning before I had to leave the city. Erin was wonderful when it came to figuring out solutions, and the patch job looked phenomenal -- and it has held up for over 500 miles already. I'll be back for sure!Edit: 8/9/26 Still great service. Have switched to them as my first choice to use for general maintenance after my SUV had some issues come up. Erin is still wonderful and easy to communicate with.

Ulmers was able to get our vehicle in and out on the same day and in the window of time that we had. The ac wasn't working correctly and they had to replace a vacuum hose. $600 was expensive but they did it quickly.

I have nothing but good things to say about Ulmer's. I was from out of town, and have limited understanding about auto repairs past tire/oil changes so I absolutely could have been over charged due to my ignorance. Instead, not only did they stay in communication with me about progress on a difficult part change, they were also willing to call my mechanic in my home town to confirm previous repairs and confirm what needed to be done.Very clear communication on what needed to be fixed, parts necessary to be replaced, price of those parts and labor, and timeline for the repairs. They were also kind enough to both drive me back to the hotel after I dropped off my car, AND pick me up when my car was ready to drive again.Thank you very much, this was a life saver. Drove my 9 hours home with no issue, which was awesome considering my Chevy Malibu with 200,000 miles had stalled 3 times in a 20 minute drive the day before.

I’ve used Ulmer’s on several occasions and continue to be totally impressed with them. They treat you like family. Always positive and supportive. They take their time and really listen to your concerns. I have felt customer service was a thing of the past but it’s definitely alive and well at and shown at Ulmer’s. Dan is always willing to take that extra step and time to help you. Recently had full service, realignment done, battery replaced , many other things checked out, including finding a challenge with brake fluid. Everything was replaced or repaired and with how expensive everything is now, I was pleasantly surprised at the charge of everything done was super reasonable! I’d recommend them to anyone.

I came in here blubbering like an idiot needing help with the bumper of my car and this shop helped me take it off with no fuss. They were extremely understanding and kind to me while I was having a tough morning. I’ve had other services done before by them, but it meant a whole lot that they saw how distressed I was and treated me with such kindness. This place is not a shop that’s looking to scam you and take your money. The people who work here are good and kind and will work with you.

Took my car in for a bumper-to-bumper service inspection, oil change, and tire rotation while knowing there would be some additional work needed based upon the last inspection I had at a Honda dealership. From the start, Dan and the team were very efficient, welcoming, and informative about the timeline. They got everything wrapped up the same day including additional maintenance work I needed. It also ended up being about $75 cheaper than what the honda dealership was going to charge me. Overall, definitely going back and recommend to anyone looking for a place they can trust.

I would like to shout out to Ulmers Auto Care in Blue Ash manager Dan Twilling and Assistant Manager Erin Nutley for the absolutely fantastic service. My engine in the 2014 Chrysler Town & County was bad. Only 150K miles. They located a used engine with 75K miles and replaced it and all in two weeks time. They gave me a loner car to use and had me up and running on schedule. Now it runs like a charm. THANK YOU Ulmers Auto Care. My praises will never stop about your service center and professioinalism. Mo's is a great little shop. The guys do good work and are fair priced. So glad to have them nearby.Updating: Mo's is no more. I think Ulmers will be a good successor to Mo's business.We went to them because they are very near home. Definitely new breed mechanics but most cars need more computer diagnostics instead of pure wrenching. They were clear and honest about the repairs and potential costs. We will be back because of the honesty.

The best experience ever! Use to go to Firestone in Evendale but after a bad experience with my tires not being put on correctly, I came to Ulmers and they fixed every issue with solid prices. Dan Twilling is the absolute best- great customer service and able to help me every time and makes things easy. He was able to help me even as they’re closing with a simple fix! 10/10 always come here.

I was traveling from NE Ohio to visit my daughter's family for the holiday weekend. Just before I got off the highway I had a low tire warning. I pulled in to have it checked. It was near closing time, but they were able to work it in, find a puncture in the tread, patch it, and I was on my way. The employees were friendly and efficient. The waiting area is clean. I would recommend Ulmer's to anyone in the northern Cincinnati area.

Two exhaust heat shields became loose and started rattling on my Toyota Highlander, one was rubbing on a rear tire. Ulmers in Blue Ash got me in the next morning and fixed it with replacement bolts and washers at an extremely reasonable cost. A great experience with the wonderful folks at Blue Ash Ulmers!

Ulmer’s was recommended to me by my son so this was the first time I used this mechanic. I thought something was weird about the place when I went in to drop my key off. Everyone was extremely friendly, kinda like the people are at Chick-fil-A. I made the appointment with Dan but he was sick that day so Shea took care of me. I had an outstanding experience with Ulmer’s auto care in blue Ash. I was at Rest haven Cemetery and someone told me that that my rear tire had low air so I put in tire repair to Google Maps and found that Ulner’s was just quarter mile away. I limped up and they checked it out for me. The tire was damaged in the tread and unrepairable so they actually gave me a loaner car for the day while they replaced the tire and aligned my car. Great service and very friendly. Great communication. I am extremely impressed and grateful!
